Of course, such a beautiful moment in nature could easily be caught on camera by the amazing National Geographic crew. This image is beautiful –breathtaking, even– for many reasons. You could almost feel how soft these alpacas are by simply looking at the picture. The baby is adorably tiny compared to his mother, and he has the cutest, goofiest ears! The best part of this picture is how much affection is demonstrated here between the mother alpaca and her baby.
