Penguin here.
Aren’t these little fuzzy kittens just so precious? These little cuties are sleepy, soft, and super adorable. Don’t you just want to hug them all and feed them some milk?

This little kitten photo was taken by a friend of mine, Gaby Chen. He takes a lot of pictures, but most of them aren’t animal-related. I saw this picture pop up on one of his social media streams and thought it was too cute to pass up putting on the website. He said that it made him feel like a professional to have his work posted on a website other than his own! I’m glad I was able to make him happy, and I hope that his adorable kitten picture makes you guys happy. I’m going to be on watch from now on for any cute pictures he takes so that I can make more posts containing his work!
Also, be sure to check out his band “The Bad, The Ugly” if you’re a fan of melodic acoustic instrumental music. They’re awesome! Here’s the link: The Bad, The Ugly.
Penguin here,
Welcome to our first Hallowe’en special! Over the next three days, we will be posting pictures of spooky Hallowe’en critters. Well, no, actually, not really. What we’re really going to be doing is posting cute pictures of animals often associated with Hallowe’en or simply dressed in costume.
So, as the title says, our first post is a black cat. Even Edgar Allan Poe penned a story called the Black Cat. Prepare to be spooked!
By this guy? Oh my, what a little cutie! This little kitten’s not scary at all.

I’ve heard of the expression “neck to neck”, but how about “nose to nose”? This is the case here for this adorable tiny kitty and his friendly dog pal. Look how small the cat is compared to the dog! I bet these two are great friends in spite of their size difference. They probably have a lot of fun playing together.
A special thanks to Blue Bear’s excellent cousin Mike (and special ACAD researcher) for sending us some great sites with cute pictures just like this one.

As my second (and our fourth) post of Animals from Madagascar at A Cute A Day, I’ve got a cute cat-like animal called the Fossa. Apparently these guys are somewhat endangered because they’re pests to livestock and humans don’t like them. That’s a very sad thing to think about and I hope that something will be done to prevent them from extinction. On a lighter note, though, the picture I have for you to show you guys what these Madagascar natives look like is very cute. Can you spot the cub? (He’s not that well hidden, but still may go unnoticed at first!)

I was at my grandparents’ house today and, while I ate my lunch, I saw a cat sleeping on their balcony. (I’m not actually sure how it got there; I’m quite sure it climbed the stairs). It was not a calico cat, but it was certainly an adorable cat nonetheless. This is when I decided I absolutely had to post a picture of a cat here on ACAD.
If you have an interest in Biology, you should read up on what’s so special about calico cats here on Wise Geek.
Anyway, this cat is absolutely adorable and I’d love to give her a nice, warm hug and a little bowl of milk.

It’s Penguin.
Have a look at this poor little cat. He’s not yet in tune with the whole holiday thing. You can tell that he’s just aching to say “Bah Humbug”. Something tells me that a little tummy rub and a fishy snack will help give this cat a fresh dose of holiday spirit.

It’s Penguin again. Look at this tiny kitten cuddling up with a ball of yarn. Let’s hope he doesn’t move around too much in his sleep, or he might end up in a tangled mess! Oh, spoke too soon, he’s already tangled up! Let’s hope he doesn’t awaken with a start!
