It’s a sad reality that parents in the animal world sometimes abandon their young. In the case of Breeze, an adorable little foal, his mother abandoned him only hours after he was born. Luckily, he was found by rescue workers and given an adorable teddy bear to act as a surrogate mother in the absence of his own mother. He took to the teddy bear immediately and has provided us a sad but cute story, and some very adorable pictures. You can see the rest of the pictures here, but here is just one of them for your viewing pleasure.

There is such a high level of goofiness in this picture. First of all, what is the baby horse doing on the mother’s back? Secondly, did you notice that the mother is still eating while all this is going on? Finally, look how tiny the baby is in comparison: the mother’s hair is long and flowing, and the baby’s is so short. Also, don’t forget to take a look at the tiny hooves!

Harvest Moon has a knack for putting cute animals into their games, and their horse is no exception. I couldn’t find a screenshot of the horse in-game, but I did find a nice little concept art piece of your only shoe-wearing companion! Your horse, however, isn’t the only animal in the game that can race, but that’s a post for another day. I think I can distinctly say that this animal’s Harvest Moon version is cuter than its real life variant, though it doesn’t compare to the majesty of a real horse!

What do you think? Is the Harvest Moon version actually cuter?

Penguin here.

Indeed it is true. A mule has a horse mother and a donkey father. Goofy and cute, mules definitely belong here on ACAD. Unfortunately, mules are often sterile by nature, meaning that it is rare for a mule to have offspring of its own.
So, what do you think of this goofy little mule next to its mother? Isn’t it so sweet looking?

Check out this pair of horses. The horse on the left is a true beauty. The horse on the right is a miniature horse. Isn’t he absolutely adorable? I love the patch of white on his snout and under belly. I also love his mohawk style hair! He’s too cute! What a shrimp!

I never expected to see a sitting horse! This tiny little guy has the cutest white patch on his nose and not to mention, a tiny little potbelly. I also love his hooves.
