Welcome to day 2 of our Canada Day weekend posts.
Here’s a grammar question for you: what’s the plural of moose? If you guessed mooses, meese or anything other than moose, then you’re incorrect! Otherwise, congrats! Another interesting tidbit about moose is that, according to National Geographic, moose are actually the largest animals belonging to the deer species. In fact, the male’s antlers can spread up to 6 feet ACROSS. Imagine that. Now, here I present to you a picture of a mother moose and her adorable calf. Please note that these aren’t Canadian moose, but these animals are from the Boreal forest in Alaska. The picture was too cute and I couldn’t help posting it. I love their ears and noses.
