My sister shared this adorable picture with me yesterday and my first reaction was: “AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Is it physically possible to be so cute?” Then I knew what I had to do: I had to share it with you guys. This tiny little hammy is so tiny and so sweet. Look at that head, those feet, that fuzziness! I wish it could be my hand holding him!

I don’t think I ever spoke to you guys about my hamsters. Well, I grew up with hamsters (and one gerbil, as well as two goldfish). When I was born, we had a gerbil named Digger. I don’t remember much about him except that he had quite a long tail. After Digger came two hamsters, one called Fuzzy (who was so-named for a very good reason), and the other Piglet, an adorable albino hamster. We then had a dwarf hamster named Fur Ball who was always very energetic. After Fur Ball came Murray, who was a very gentle hamster. Following Murray, we had a hamster named Vince and finally, one named Rocky. It has been nine years since we last had a pet around the house. These little guys in this picture made me think about my hamsters. They were always fun to have around and each one had a very special character of his own. I miss them and felt that I should mention them here. I’ll be sure to bring them up in the future since there are many stories to tell.
Unfortunately, I will have to fish around for pictures of my hamsters, but I’m sure you will be content with these adorable little hammies for the moment. Aren’t they soooo cute?

That’s right, I said awwdorable! These hamsters are so adorable that there is no word in the English dictionary that will fittingly describe the degree of their cuteness. Seriously, look at that fuzz! Look at those pink paws and that tiny tail! I love his sleeping eyes and gigantic head to body ratio. Also be sure to notice how his other hamster buddy is flipped over in the background. This is unbearably adorable.

I haven’t posted a picture of hamsters in a while so here I’ll be posting a picture of 2! These two baby dwarf hamsters make quite an adorable pair. It looks like one little guy is particularly thirsty, and the other one is waiting there very patiently for his turn. I hope the thirsty guy will give his friend a turn soon.
