To wrap up this year’s Easter animals week, I am posting a picture of a mother rabbit and her equally adorable baby. I love this picture because the two rabbits look so much alike; it’s obvious we’re dealing with a mommy rabbit and her little baby here. I also think that it’s very sweet for the mother to let her little bunny cuddle on her back like that.

An important part of any holiday – or any day in general – is family and friends! This is why I chose to post an image of this little chicken family. Aren’t they so adorable? I love how the chicks all look so different from each other. I’m sure the mother hen is very proud of her sweet and fuzzy little chicks.

I asked my sister for more ideas for Easter animals and she suggested ducks. I hadn’t thought of them, but they definitely are Easter animals! Ducks also have the extra special abilities of being fuzzy, goofy, soft, and friendly looking all at once! Look at these 4 ducklings taking a nap on a rock with their mother nearby (you can see her wing at the top left of the picture). You know they’re safe because their mommy’s right there to protect them. They’re a beautiful family!

This adorable picture features two sets of things that people associate with Easter – Chicks and Eggs! Doesn’t it look like these little baby chicks are trying to hide Easter eggs around the house just like their friend the Easter Bunny does? I think so. The only issue is that they’re hiding them quite in the open! Maybe they feel as though their cuteness will distract the egg searchers from the very obvious egg placements!

In honour of our special Easter animal week, today we will be posting lambs! Doesn’t this picture look like it ought to be a postcard? Anyway, these two sweeties look so friendly and gentle. We don’t really get a close look at our little lamb friend in the back, but I’m sure that his/her ears are just as pink, his nose and mouth just as adorably spotted, his hair just as neatly curled as our little lamb buddy who’s stealing the spotlight in the front.

This week on ACAD we will be celebrating Easter animals. That’s right: if you like bunnies, chickens, and lambs, you’ve come to the right place! If you like cute animals in general, then you’ve also come to the right place!
These two little bunnsters look like they’ve had an exciting day and are ready to sleep it all off. These bunnies are sooo fuzzy and sweet. I love their little closed eyes. I love their adorable ears. I love how soft they are and how they’re cuddling together. In short, there’s nothing not to like about them!
